How payment works

Payment is by bank or wire transfer, verified by a person. This is deliberate — it lets us confirm every member individually. Online self-checkout is coming soon.

Step 1

Get accepted first

Apply and complete the short interview. Payment details are only issued once your application is accepted — never before.

Step 2

Transfer the amount

We send full banking details and a payment reference unique to you. Pay by EFT or wire transfer from any bank.

Step 3

Submit your POP

Upload your proof of payment in your account. We verify it manually and activate your access for the period you paid for.

Card checkout is coming soon. Until then we don't accept card payments anywhere on this site. If you ever see a page asking for card details in our name, it isn't us — please report it to info@polelotradingacademy.ac.bw.

Before you apply

No. We do not offer a free trial or trial account. We do publish selected free educational material in the Resources library, which you can access after opting in to our WhatsApp updates.

Nothing is charged, because payment instructions are only issued after acceptance. We will tell you why, and you are welcome to apply again later.

Yes. Access runs for the period you paid for and then ends unless you renew. We will remind you before it lapses.

Yes. When your period ends you can renew on any of the four options.
